The following were among the many calls responded to by the Lamesa Police Department from Friday, February 1, through Sunday, February 3: Friday, February 1 1:05 a.m. – During an officer-initiated traffic stop, a vehicle search was conducted and evidence was seized. A 22-year-old male was arrested and transported to Dawson County Jail. A 23-year-old female also was identified.
