Plains Cotton Cooperative Association (PCCA) is set to host a Producer Sign-Up Day for the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. This will be a come and go event held in the PCCA Delegate Body Room at 3301 E. 50th St., Lubbock, Texas from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. PCCA will have computers and staff available to assist in the process. The main purpose for the Producer Sign-Up Day will be to assist anyone with questions about the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol and to help with the enrollment process.
