There definitely have been many new twists this spring associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Among them is the suspension of in-classroom teaching in schools throughout Texas and many other locations.
With instruction now being provided by teachers through digital and other means, students now find that their homes are their classrooms.
That means in most cases that the students’ parents also become at-home tutors and teaching assistants.
