SEMINOLE- Owner of the West Texas Living Heritage Museum and local author Tina Siemens approached the Seminole City Council Monday to request Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) funds in the amount of $53,576.The HOT funds requested would be used for two events planned by Siemens and her partners, Marlene Thiessen and Shelby Concotelli. Both events, the Heritage Homestead Conference and County Fair, will be similar to the museum’s previous Octoberfest celebration.
