Anyone wanting to go dine out at a restaurant here or anywhere else in Texas will be out of luck for at least the next couple of weeks. As of midnight Friday, eating or drinking in bars, restaurants and food courts is among the items impacted by a series of executive orders issued on Thursday by Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
