Directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District will have only one well permit request to consider during their regular meeting Wednesday. The board will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the district office at 212 N. Ave. G in Lamesa. The only permit request is from Michael Wilcox for a domestic well about five miles south of Lamesa. As usual, a public hearing on the permit request will be held before any action is taken.
