SNYDER – Authorities captured one of the state’s Top 10 most wanted fugitives in Snyder last week. Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Marcus Lee Torres, 39, was arrested at 10:54 p.m., May 7 in the 3200 block of Ave. H for evading arrest, public intoxication, failure to identify, parole violation and sex offense. Torres was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list April 1. He was arrested following a citizen’s call of a suspicious person.
