ANDREWS – The school board and city elections that realized record voter turnouts around five months ago have apparently come crashing back to earth with a thud.
Though it is still very early – with an early voting period that began Monday – it appears voter numbers will revert to low numbers comparable to previous May elections involving city and school board races.
