For the third time in as many months, Dawson County Hospital District board members again voted on changes to a current gun policy for the hospital and its nearby clinic.“I hope the third time is the charm,” said DCHD Board President David Sanderson.The board tabled the issue in their meeting two months ago to allow attorneys to review the policy allowing pre-authorized staff to possess firearms while on hospital premises.The current gun policy bans gun owners from possessing firearms on hospital grounds.
