Two points is all that separated the Klondike FFA chapter from bringing home a national championship in Homesite Evaluation for the third time in four years.
Two points out of more than 1,100.
Klondike finished with 1,114 points to the 1,116 by national champion Hondo FFA from south Texas.
Third place was 25 points further back.
“We’ll take it. We’re very happy,” Klondike FFA advisor Todd Gregory said of the runner-up finish at the National Land and Range Judging contest on Thursday in Oklahoma.
