This coming Monday is the last day for people to register to vote in order to be eligible to cast a ballot in the upcoming party primary elections. Local races will be featured on both the Republican and Democratic party ballots during the March 3 primaries. Eligible Texans who are not already registered to vote must complete a voter registration application and submit it to the voter registrar in their county of residence.
