All local banks and federal offices will be closed, and there won’t be any mail delivery Monday.They’re closing in commemoration of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.The federal holiday is observed on the third Monday of every January. This year, it falls on the actual anniversary of the Civil Rights activist’s birth.
