ANDREWS – A conservative projection of mineral values provided during last week’s Mineral Outlook Presentation revealed an anticipated increase from 2022.The projected increase comes on the heels of a major upswing from 2021 to 2022 that resulted in a record high for mineral values.Kenneth Hill of Capital Appraisal Group provided the presentation during the Andrews County Appraisal District’s annual outlook meeting at the Business and Tech Center.Hitt projected a 10-percent increase in mineral value from 2022, which was a record year for Andrews County.
