Members of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District are facing a light agenda when they meet at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday in the district office, located at 212 N. Ave. G.Before voting on granting water well permits, the board will first conduct a public hearing on the requests.They will also take possible action on the district’s management plan.Board members will consider a financial report ending Oct. 31 by Michelle Gibson.They will hear a manager’s report on office updates, a quarterly report, scheduling a possible December meeting and the Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts winter dates.
