Rhonda Martin is retiring and stepping down from her position as the Dawson County Auditor.
This coming Friday will b her final day in office.
“We appreciate all you’ve done for the county,” Count Judge Foy O’Brien told Martin at the end of the Dawson County Commissioners Court meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
Martin has worked in the county auditor’s office for almost 15 years.
She was hired as a parttime employee in June 2006 by then-County Auditor Ric Dollahan. She later became a full-time employee and worked her way up to becom the top assistant in the office
