A group of South Elementary School students display an affectionate sign while lining up outside the school’s entrance way Thursday afternoon. They were there to wait and watch for the District Champion Lamesa High School’s Golden Tors football team tour around the school and through areas of town before heading to Wolfforth for a bi-district play-off game. Law enforcement vehicles escorted the football players riding in the school district’s new activity bus.
