O’Donnell school board members are meeting at 6 p.m., today to take action on pending litigation.They are holding their meeting in the school district’s board room at 400 Small Street in O’Donnell.The board is expected to adopt a resolution on the settlement of pending litigation, styled Region 17 Education Service Center, et al v Conterra Ultra Broadbank, LL, filed in the 72nd District Court of Lubbock. They could also authorize the school superintendent and a Region 17 representative of the Region 17 Education Service Center to take the action necessary required to enter into the settlement.Board members are expected to ...
