Following board approval of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $10,871,032 for phase 1 of the Lamesa ISD bond project, school officials were told to plan for a groundbreaking around the first of August. Lamesa ISD board members met this past Wednesday in a 12:30 p.m. special called meeting to receive information about the construction of the district’s new Career and Technology Education (CTE) building.
