Local economic development officials are scheduled again this coming week to consider the possibility of purchasing property at 407 N. 7th St. in Lamesa. That is one of the items on the agenda for a meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday of the directors of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP). That meeting will be held in the Presidents Room at the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce.
