A downtown Lamesa business will be getting a facelift with the help of a facade improvement grant from the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP). During a special called meeting Tuesday evening the LEAP board agreed to provide $12,945 to cover half the cost of exterior improvements planned at All Tressed Up, a hair solon located at 426 N.
