Between the two of them, the Lamesa High School and Klondike High School FFA chapters have students advancing from district to area competition in 10 of the 12 Leadership Development Events. The Mesa District competition was held this past Monday at Seminole High School. That competition involved FFA members from at least 14 different schools. Lamesa FFA members won both the Greenhand Creed and Radio Broadcasting contests and placed second in Agriculture Advocacy and Public Relations.
