A special called meeting to receive information about the construction of a new Career and Technology Education (CTE) building will be held by the Lamesa ISD board this coming week. That meeting will get underway at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the board room at the school district’s Central Office, 212 North Houston Avenue, in Lamesa. The school district has received the final bid amount for the project, according to Superintendent Jim Knight, as well as the cost for the construction manager.
