Ann-Marie Carruth, a 2001 graduate of Lamesa High School, recently was awarded with the 2019 Outstanding Young Alumni Award by Texas Tech University’s College of Agricultural Sciences. Carruth received a law degree in agricultural communications in 2004 and her law degree from the Texas Tech University’s School of Law in 2006. She currently is Lubbock County Judge for Precinct 4 and County Court at Law #3.
