The Lamesa Community Players’ production of “Ripcord” will open this Friday at 7 p.m. at the LCP Playhouse. Ticket sales opened to the public this week. Other showings for “Ripcord” will take place this coming Saturday at 7 p.m., Sunday at 2 p.m., and next Saturday and Sunday both at 7 p.m. Brenda Rienwalt, the president of LCP, saw the cast’s recent dress rehearsal and said that the production seems to be going well.
