Klondike school board members are expected in early January to select a contractor-at-risk to serve as construction manager for work planned at the school during the coming year. During their regular meeting this past Monday, board members scheduled a meeting on Jan. 11 to interview representatives of two firms which made the “short list” of contractors. Those two firms are Wiley Hicks General Construction of Amarillo and Lee Lewis Construction of Lubbock.
