Employment contracts will be among the items considered by Klondike school board members during their regular meeting on Tuesday. That meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Klondike school library. The board is scheduled to consider employment of full-time teachers and teacher/coaches, teaching assistants, cafeteria workers, janitors and maintenance personnel, central office staff, transportation director, and IT personnel. Resignations, if any, also will be considered. The board will consider notifying the Texas Commissioner of Education of the board’s intent to vote on an amendments to the local District of Intervention plan.
