Klondike Independent School District (KISD) board members took the next step Monday in ordering the Nov. 5 school board election.They officially called for the general election to fill four at-large seats currently occupied by board members Clay Thixton, Cody King; and Mike and Ricky Barkowsky.Filing for the race begins Saturday and ends Aug. 19.The board agreed to hold a joint election with both Martin and Dawson counties.
