A public hearing on the school’s rating from the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) will be held Thursday by the Klondike school board.That hearing will be conducted near the outset of the board’s regular meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Klondike school library.According to the latest information on the Texas Education Agency’s website, Klondike has a FIRST rating of A (Superior Achievement) for the 2021-2022 school year after receiving a district score of 100.The FIRST hearing will come after the board convenes and reorganizes based on the results of the school board election held on Nov.
