Emotions stretched from one extreme to the other Saturday night when Klondike FFA members gathered to hear how they had done at the top level of competition in the state. It was the highest of highs when it was announced Klondike won the state championship in Greenhand Chapter Conducting as part of the Texas FFA Leadership Development Events (LDE) competition. Then came the results of the Senior Chapter Conducting, where Klondike was hoping to better their state runner-up finish from a year ago.
