The Klondike school campus is growing.School board members on Monday approved the purchase of five acres of property just northeast of the school building.Superintendent Steve McLaren told the Press-Reporterthe land, which adjoins the current school property, was obtained with an eye toward the future.“We thought we might need to buy some land for future development,” McLaren said, adding that nothing is planned for the property at this time.The land was purchased from the Foster family.Guidelines and regulations for the school marshal program dominated much of the action taken by board members during their regular meeting.The board approved a new local ...
