With a standardized test score that puts her among the top one percent of high school students nationwide, Klondike High School senior Anna Jung has been named a semifinalist in the 65th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. “We’re really proud of her. She deserves every bit of it,” Klondike Principal Danielle Therwhanger said Friday. The semifinalists in the widely-recognized scholarship were announced publicly on Wednesday.
