Students in the Klondike ISD will start the 2019-2020 school year on Thursday, Aug. 15, and their last day of school will be on Friday, May 15, 2020. A revised school calendar with the earlier starting and ending dates for the coming school year was approved by the Klondike school board this past Thursday night. Superintendent Steve McLaren said students will finish up the school year next May about a week earlier than in recent years.
