KHS does well at UIL ‘Fandangle’

Klondike High School students came away with a number of awards from Texas Tech University’s UIL Fall Fandangle held last weekend. Klondike captured top team honors in both mathematics and science. They also placed second as a team in spelling and vocabulary, and third in number sense. Klondike sent 19 students to the event, competing against 12 other schools in the Class 1A-2A division. The students are coached by teachers George Elliott, Julie Dossey and Cynthia Clark.
