Members of the 2025 Golden Tornado Jubilee Committee rescheduled their next meeting from Sept. 16 to Oct. 7 at 4:30 p.m. in the Presidents’ Room.“We had a couple of people on our committee that had some surgeries that interfered, so we had to add a little time after that,” said chairman Carter Schildknecht, member of the Lamesa High School (LHS) graduating Class of 1959.The Jubilee, held every five years since 1965, is a mass reunion of LHS exstudents who return home for the gathering of former Golden Tornadoes.It will be the first Jubilee in a decade.
