Friday was National Ice Cream Sandwich Day and what better way to celebrate the treat than to treat youngsters with free ice cream at The Maker’s Design Christian Learning Center. Appropriately dressed Tracy Penn, administrator of Focused Care at Lamesa, and her staff did just that by distributing free ice cream to the little ones. They continued the practice at the care facility later that afternoon.
