Texas Governor Greg Abbott is getting a letter from here pertaining to hospital officials’ concerns over the funding and manpower needed to possibly fight another wave of the coronavirus. “It’s definitely the second surge, the second wave. It’s here. It’s apparent,” said Medical Arts Hospital Chief Executive Officer Letha Stokes.
