The preliminary tax rate and plans to begin construction on a new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) building are the two main items on the agenda for a special called meeting of the Dawson County Hospital District (DCHD) board of directors Tuesday afternoon.Board members are meeting at 5 p.m. in Medical Arts Hospital’s community room at 2200 N.
