With no questions or comments raised at either of two public hearings during the past week, directors of the Dawson County Hospital District are scheduled to adopt a new tax rate on Thurday. The board will meet at 5 p.m. in the Community Room at Medical Arts Hospital. Board members voted last month to propose a 2019 property tax rate of 33.6777 cents per $100 property value.
