Dawson County Hospital District (DCHD) board members agreed to pursue negotiations with an Irving company to oversee the construction of a new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) building near Medical Arts Hospital. The board spent an hour Thursday in a closed executive session before voting to allow Craig Carter, the board’s legal counsel, to negotiate with Christman Company.
