Dawson County Hospital District board president Kim Bairrington on Thursday presented the board with a policy change that could shorten their meetings. Board members took no action on the matter. Many boards of governmental entities – including the local school board, city council, and county commissioners court – have a section called consent agenda” listed within their regular meeting agendas.
