BROWNFIELD – On January 2, tragedy struck a Terry County family when a vehicle accident claimed the life of eight-year-old Kolter Green. Although tragedy strikes, life must go on, and sometimes it can go on by helping others. That is exactly what Megan Green, Kolter’s mom, has set out to do.
