Former Dawson County resident Julie Davis Holladay has been re-appointed as a member of The Cotton Board by U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.Vilsack this week announced the appointment of eight members, eight alternate members, and two advisors to serve on The Cotton Board.
