Having worked in the District Clerk’s office for six years, Adreana Gonzalez found herself taking over the role of District Clerk less than two months ago. District Judge Reed Filley appointed Gonzalez in October to fill the position vacated by Tobie Clement, who announced in September she would be resigning due to health challenges. That appointment is until someone can be elected in 2020 to fill the two years that will remain on the unexpired term.
