The Lamesa Boys and Girls Club’s annual Gala will feature several changes from the event’s previous years. “This year, we’re taking it (the Gala) in a new direction,” said Shelley Barron, board member for the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club. Barron said the Gala will be held at a new location, host a different type of band, serve different food, and have a specific theme for the first time.
