SEMINOLE – Last week, the Southwest Water Company announced some $25 million in replacements, repairs and upgrades to its infrastructure that serves 17 counties across Texas. The expenditures, since Jan. 1,, represent a sizable investment in water infrastructure in those areas, including Gaines County.
