A fourth case of COVID-19 virus has been confirmed here, according to Dawson County Judge Foy O’Brien. The judge said the official word was received from regional health authorities about 12:45 p.m. Wednesday (today). He said additional information was not immediately available other than it is a woman who lives in Lamesa but was tested in Lubbock for the virus. The official word came about a day after a woman here reportedly posted on Facebook that she had been confirmed with the virus. After that posting, officials here contacted area health officials who initially were unable to locate any information on such a confirmation,
