Dawson County commissioners could take action on the National Fitness Campaign during their Tuesday meeting beginning at 4 p.m. on the fourth floor in the county courthouse at N. 1st and Main streets.The campaign is a state-wide effort to install health courts within communities to entice people to work on their exercises and remain fit.Commissioners will also consider a county agent position, a proposed county assistance program, vehicle purchases for the sheriff’s office and adult probation department; and a tractor for the county cemetery.Commissioners will review and accept the library’s Apollo Automation annual subscription with Biblionix and a stipend for ...
