Between 15 and 18 Lamesa firefighters responded to a vehicle fire in an alleyway Wednesday night.The electrical fire was reported to the fire department around 9:20 p.m. on N. 11th Street and Bryan Ave.“We just took take care of it. It was fully involved,” said Fire Chief Larry Duyck. “It was in the alley. It was away from everything. It didn’t take us very long.”It took firefighters 20-25 minutes to extinguish the blaze.There were no injuries or other property damage reported. The fire completely destroyed the Ford pick-up truck.
