A couple with a baby and another individual lost all of their possessions when fire demolished a house and RV trailer a few miles south of Lamesa Thursday night. “They’re starting from scratch. They just have the clothes they had on their back,” Lamesa Fire Chief Larry Duyck said Friday. “They even lost their cell phones.” Duyck said the Red Cross provided the couple – a 38-year-old male and 35-year-old female – and their one-year-old baby a motel room to stay in Thursday night.
