Filing starts Wednesday for leadership positions open this spring serving four local governing entities. The filing period will run through Feb. 14 for seats on the Lamesa City Council, Lamesa School Board, Dawson County Hospital District Board of Directors, and Mesa Underground Water-Conservation District Board of Directors.
